Non-urgent advice: Extended Access
In addition to the practice’s normal opening hours you can also book an appointment in the evenings and weekends. This will be with Taurus Healthcare and may be with a different GP or nurse than you are used to. Clinics are held in Hereford, Leominster Kington and Weobley. These appointments are pre-bookable by contacting the surgery during our opening times – please ask for an extended access appointment.
Accessibility
Disabled Access
There is access for the disabled to all of our consultation rooms. Each surgery has a ramp and wide doors to allow for wheelchair access. Croase Orchard Surgery and Orleton Surgery also have buzzers to alert receptionists should you need help to open the doors. Leintwardine Surgery has automatic doors.
Accessible Information Standard
On 31st July 2016 compliance with the Accessible Information Standard became mandatory. This standard has been established to ensure that people who have a disability, impairment or sensory loss are issued with information they can access and understand.
Please let us know if you need information in a particular format (eg braille, large print, email), or if you need information to be communicated verbally or by sign language.
