2024 Spring COVID Booster
You are eligible for your spring COVID booster if you are:
*Aged 75 years and over (those who turn 75 years by 30 June 2024 are eligible)
* Residents in care homes for older adults
*Aged 6 months and over who are immunosuppressed (as defined in the green book Chapter 14a tables 3&4
Lines are now OPEN to book your vaccination. You can do this by calling the surgery and selecting option 5 between 9am and 5pm Mon-Fri or alternatively if you have patient access book online. Please note they are appointment only clinics we cannot take walk-ins on the day.
Clinics will be held:
*Saturday 27 April in Leintwardine Surgery
*Saturday 27 April Orleton Surgery
*Saturday 11 May Kingsland Surgery
The nursing team will contact our housebound patients separately to arrange your vaccination.
