Complaints Policy

We take complaints very seriously. This is also a good learning opportunity to improve our services.  If you would like to make a complaint regarding the surgery or the services we offer, please contact the Practice Manager by telephone or, if you prefer, in writing. We aim to acknowledge tour complain within 3 working days.  We will response in full after investigating your matter or concern.

Should you wish to remain anonymous please speak to a member of the PPG.  We will not deal with anonymous or malicious complaints submitted in writing.
