If you move outside the practice area you will need to find a doctor in your new area. If you wish to move to our Practice from another local surgery without moving house, or if you live in Leominster or Ludlow, we may not be able to dispense to you. You would have to take your prescription to a local chemist. Please ask reception or dispensary for details.
